Aspin’s wholesale ordering solutions meet Kikkerland’s big ambitions

Kikkerland is one of those instantly recognisable names in design-led retail. With a catalogue of over 4,000 playful, clever products, they’re stocked in more than 90 countries and sold everywhere from museum gift shops to department stores and hardware chains. That level of reach takes some serious coordination. So when Kikkerland came to us looking for wholesale ordering solutions that could support their international teams and scale with their growth, we knew we had the right tools for the job.

Kikkerland wanted to remove friction, cut down manual tasks, and give their sales reps and B2B customers a much better experience.

Together, we’re rolling out a complete digital toolkit: our PixSell order taking app for field reps, and InterSell ecommerce platform for trade buyers.

What needs to change?

With 70 sales reps and a customer base spread across multiple time zones, languages and currencies, Kikkerland’s existing sales setup just can’t keep pace. Orders are taking too long to process. Reps don’t always have the latest data at their fingertips. Customers want more autonomy.

So we got to work.

We started with a full scoping session to understand the workflows, ERP setup, and commercial structure. From there, we built a project specification for a B2B ecosystem tailored to how Kikkerland sells, supporting in-person appointments and digital self-service ordering, all linked to live business data.

Field sales, simplified with PixSell

Kikkerland’s reps across the US and Europe will soon be using using PixSell, our iPad-based order taking app for toy distributors. It will put everything they need right in their hands:

  • A searchable, image-rich product catalogue

  • Up to date stock, pricing and promotions

  • Customer specific terms and order history

  • Real time order capture, with no paperwork

PixSell is intuitive and quick. Reps will be able to work smarter and sell faster, even when offline. And because PixSell will integrate directly with Kikkerland’s ERP system, there’ll be no keying of orders or risk of errors.

That means faster turnaround, fewer headaches for internal teams, and a smoother experience for every customer.

Always open: InterSell ecommerce for trade buyers

On the ecommerce side, InterSell will soon give Kikkerland’s trade customers a personalised way to order on their own terms, and in their own time.

The new B2B ecommerce platform will include:

  • Secure customer login with tailored pricing

  • Live stock visibility

  • Easy reordering from previous purchases

  • Tools for account management and reporting

Whether it’s a large international buyer or a local stockist looking to reorder bestsellers, InterSell will give Kikkerland’s customers what they need without having to wait for a call or catalogue. It will also free up Kikkerland’s sales reps to focus on relationship-building, not admin.
